whew what a weekend
Jun. 30th, 2003 11:31 am*whoosh* Hey! Where did that whirlwind come from, and where did my nice, relaxing weekend go? Between pool party with the international students and more laundry than any one person should ever have at one time and the first wedding of three this summer and, well, Sunday, I'm tired. I was glad to come back to work to rest. But the weekend was good and fun. I guess I can say that I didn't get bored. And crashing off a sugar high from So. Much. Wedding. Cake.
Man, people getting married get a lot of stuff. I concur with my friend Hope's brilliant plan - register for presents to celebrate our singleness. I'm pretty set as far as kitchen stuff goes (although I've got my eye on this sweet coffee pot with a thermal carafe, complete with timer - all for the low, low price of 249.99), but I could use some new towels. And don't get me started on my DVD wish list. MMMM....Smallville Season One...Poolhall Junkies....OK, so I started anyway.
Summer I is winding down. This is good news. I like seeing how classes end. I require frequent change, so summer classes are good for me.
