Oh crap - I haven't graded those tests yet!
Pretty, pretty one unloading ice at the gas station. He turned, smiled, said hi, and I swear on my coffeemaker that his right eye sparkled. He is definitely the love of my week.
The students are wearing me down.
Weird moment when I got off the elevator at school. You know that bank commercial where all the employees are standing around a fica plant, discussing it and ignoring all the people in line? My division chair and a couple of department chairs were doing that right outside the faculty workroom a few minutes ago. I laughed at them, but they seemed ok with that.
Now, I felt like it was Season One all over again. In Disneyland (a lot of "It's a Small World" moments). But I liked it. It gave me my Smallville fix for the week. It wasn't as good as it has been, but that was a lot to live up to. I was appeased nonetheless.
I am so happily shocked to find myself liking Lana. She was really likable last night. Did she roll her eyes? I didn't even notice. I think it's Jason. I like her with him. He's hilarious - "That's good - I'm gonna write that down and use it later." Hee!!! Oh, and he's hot. Mustn't forget that.
The token Lex scenes were unnecessary but appreciated. I do love him when he's all snarky.
The whole football issue between Clark and Bo was...not really worth mentioning. Except that I have to disagree with Jonathan's statement that "adults in this family don't just run off and do things without discussing them first." Uh...adults in that family ALWAYS run off and do things without discussing them first. Has he forgotten the whole Jor-El encounter from last season?
"Go deep." *snickers; is twelve* Football is dirty.
Just can't get enough of wet Clark. Or the Clois. I just wish I could have that without it having to hurt Chloe. Maybe they import her a boytoy to distract her. I nominate Jake Gyllenhaal.
I think the writers are reading fan fic. Some of the plot lines from this week and the spoilers from next week look eerily familiar.
