The Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was fun. We ate a lot of food, and I didn't have to pay for it or make it. Bonus. And I got some reading done (if you can count the Smallville books as reading. OK, so I also started Fast Food Nation). That's pretty much it.

My favorite part of Thanksgiving is always the making of the Christmas candy. I have candy until the end of time. I will never ever eat all this candy. And this week, I make more, because I'm perfecting the chocolate covered espresso beans, because that takes a lot less time to make for classes than the Martha Washingtons. :)

I finished two of them during Thanksgiving break and I'll probably read the other one that I have this week some time.

I have so many. I keep trying it with different types of chocolate. And I'm tempted to branch out into the almond bark. They just don't look right yet.
