Believe it or not, I think I might have just as much to say about OTH as Gilmore Girls last night.
Rory had the Superman reference assingment this week, wanting to find something to wear to the internship that was "not too Lois Lane-y." I do so love when fandoms collide and play nice.
Lukisms -
"I can't come running every time a family of mannequins decides to attack you."
and
"You've been trapped under the Jebediah's for two hours."
Prepare to be shocked.
Ready?
I am less infatuated with Logan. He's too different in the wrong way with different people and not different enough in the right ways, if that makes sense. He made nice conversation about *snores* boring things with the grandparents, and then he stole from them. In front of Lorelai. Dumbass. I don't blame her for not liking him. *sets Logan on her knee* Sometimes, we make exceptions to things that we always do. For example, when visiting the girlfriend's anal grandmother, perhaps we say to ourselves, "Self, this should be an exception to my 'I always steal things from rich people' rule." I wonder if he steals from his parents' house when he visits...
Having said that, he is still very cute and I would still like one for a pet, please.
Oh, the drama of the OTH. *puts hand to forehead*
As much as I hate that it was Dan who called them on it, I was wondering how long it would take for Andy and Karen to be outed to their class. You just don't mess around with students while they are your students. It doesn't matter that they're consenting adults. It doesn't matter that you're in love. Love will wait until the end of the semester. You cannot sleep with someone whose grade you control. An ETHICS professor should know this.
And why is Karen surprised that Dan the Bastard would walk into his class and "insinuate" that they were a couple? That behavior is perfectly in line with his character.
When did Deb start dressing like a twenty-year-old? How sad for her.
The racing guy named his child Daytona? Must we really live the stereotype?
Next week's episode makes me tired already.
