Damn, I get a lot read on the DART. I think I've read more (for fun, anyway) in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 3 years.
Anyway, did you know that the oldest image on the Net is a coffeepot? It was used to let people in the far end of the office know when fresh coffee was brewing. That's a mighty fine use of technology, IMO.
I can't decide if my favorite new quote is from Josef Joffe - "Bad coffee equals expansionism, imperialism, and war; good coffee drips with civility and pacifism and lassitude," or from the new book I've started - How to be Good by Nick Hornby (of About a Boy and High Fidelity fame) - "To dislike one husband may be regarded as unfortunate, but to dislike both looks like carelessness."
At any rate, have a good Friday. The families, friends and fans of Johnny Cash and John Ritter are in my prayers.
