Frickin frackin cold

I would get sick the day NaNoWriMo started. So, on top of being a no-talent hack who's only managed to write 500-ish words, I have the added pleasure of having a difficult time being vertical for long periods of time. Stupid immune system.

On the up side, I voted today. It would be nice if my vote actually counted in Texas, but it made me feel better anyway.

Yay! Cooler weather! It's 50-ish today outside. November almost feels like November. Nice.

I am trying to decide whether to take the 3 weeks off between semesters or to get a part-time job at VS *drools madly over idea of a 30% discount* I'd really like to get a paycheck in January, but I'd also really like to travel some. Of course, the traveling gets all shot to hell if there's no money for it. Stupid paradoxes (paradoxi?).

Must grade before class.
