Dear anyone who is in college,

When you don't manage to study for an exam, please do not call your instructor and say something like, "I didn't have time to study; is there any way that I can make it up later?" S/he might not have any choice but to laugh at you, and you deserve the ridicule. Contrary to popular belief, there is such a thing as a stupid question, and sometimes, it does hurt to ask, because such questions make your instructor think you are a hopeless moron. How embarrassing for you.
