Mmmm....sleeping in = good. It's so nice to be back to my previous schedule. *rolls around in it*

First - messages -

Happy belated birthdays to both aelora and bubbles79! I've been trying to get to a computer for four days now, but to no avail. This just means you get to continue the celebration, right?

chicklet73 - What manner of coffee paraphernalia are you bringing this weekend? Just making plans...

ravenluvslex - I will be picking you up tomorrow night around 10-ish. Maybe you want to stay until next Wednesday, when classes at TCC start again, yes? Something to think about...anyway, you're welcome to do so if you want.

Second - happiness! I get to move into another apartment at the end of July. Same amount of space, two-floor town home, two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath. I get to have my piano, since there's a downstairs, and I get to bring my desk and dresser to Denton (finally!) from my parents' house. And the clincher - all of this for $170 or so less than I'm paying now. It's not official yet, but the current residents are so confident that it's mine that they're not going to post notices around UNT that it's available. *squeals a bit* I feel light and bubbly. Well, as bubbly as I get, anyway. My sister and my friend Scott are even more excited than I am, I think. Tammy's making all sorts of plans for decor. I have to keep reminding her that I have veto power. :)

Third - tonight and tomorrow night are the last two days of the semester at TCC. I think I'm going to miss these ones. Good classes this semester, all things considered.

Cool! I disagree - you should be allowed in Hot Topic all you want, especially if you buy me things when you're there. I'd even compromise and allow you to get the atrocious pink armband.

Our goal is 3 or 4-ish. We're planning on leaving Denton around 6 am - I forget how long a drive it is (8 or 10 hours, I think). So maybe as early as 2:00.

I don't know that I "found" the connection - just sort of stumbled into it. The apartment has been inhabited by Hope and Mel, then Hope and her new roommate Britney, then Britney and her new roommate, so I know the landlord, even dogsat for her once. But all I really did was meet friends. Well, and pray a lot - and that would work in Austin, too. :) I've been wanting a new place for a while, so this is really a blessing. Very! Excited!

I am moving in with M&M (and that is sooo what I'm calling them from now on) for a couple of months, or rather, they're still moving in with me. I don't know when I'm coming in August. I'm out of town this weekend, but I'll have my cell phone with me and be checking messages occasionally, so give me a call!
