*hugs all the members of the friends list that seem blue (the emotion, not the color)* In a perfect world, I'd have something insightful to say to make it better, but all I have to offer are my thoughts and prayers that you see brighter days.
In other news, the semester is almost over. Question - if you were a department chair, when would you perceive it to be an appropriate time to inform your instructors that they need to have their students fill out evaluation forms? Any chance your answer is "when you only have two days of the semester left, one of which is group presentation day and the other of which is final exam day?" No? Nope, wasn't my answer either....
"Unknown" has been calling my cell phone for two days now, so I finally answered it. Telemarketer. How the hell did they get my cell number?!? There's a wad of gum on my officemate's coffee mug (gross, I know - don't get me started), so I tried to sell him that. I mean, if he's going to waste my minutes trying to sell me useless crap that I don't need, it's only fair that I be given the same opportunity to sell something to him, right? He was less than amused. He should be grateful. I usually just yell and tell them to get a real job or at least be a drug dealer so they could sell their customers something that they actually want to buy. But I didn't. I was nice...relatively speaking...
That's all I have for now. Off to gorge myself on the goodies that my students bring to class. :)
