The sloth has left the building
May. 27th, 2004 12:49 pmYesterday and today have been productive. I finally took Rachael to the spa and got her oil changed, for those of you who are keeping tabs. In the process of doing so, I was informed that it had been a while since the fuel filter had been changed (not since I've owned the car, actually...but I didn't tell him that) and that the transmission needed flushing. So that's what bright and early this morning looked like for me.
And I had a nice surprise yesterday when watching Jeopardy. It was advertised that none other than George Michael!!!! and his gorgeous self would be on Oprah. So I got to see him and his wit (so great is it that it is, indeed, a separate entity), too. He even took us through his lovely home where he and his partner live. Oh, and he sang, too. :)
I'm trying to ignore the thought that it's Wednesday, and there's no new Smallville for a long time. I guess typing it doesn't help me ignore it, huh? Tricky little buggers, those thoughts.

But we are going to need some serious therapy before the summer is over. Perhaps an on-line SV marathon? All who have the Season I/II colections hosting in their city, for all the deserving, deprived, depraved Rosebuds. If we died from re-run starvation, then where would their viewing audience be?
It's a thought!
