Well, my whining has landed me a life change - I'm picking up a new school in the fall. Yes, I'll still be teaching. Yes, it's still the basic class. No, it's not really mine - I'm just subbing for 6 weeke for someone else. But it's something, and it's in downtown Dallas. I love downtown Dallas. Not going to be loving the commute, but I love the place. And if I don't love it, at least I'll be too busy to complain about it. I'm taking over all 6 of her classes. Add this to the 5 of my own classes that I'm teaching, and we have ourselves a whopping 33 semester hours that I will be teaching for about six weeks. My schedule is going to seem like a breeze after that. So if I disappear for 6 weeks, starting in late August, you know where I am.

In other news, today has been bliss. I woke up at 9:30 and leisurely got out of bed. I checked email. I ate a barbeque sandwich, did a little laundry, and went to the gym at a time when it wasn't busy. In a little while, I'm going to watch a movie with Michelle, eat popcorn (the best food on the planet), and then shower just in time to go to a pedicure party this evening. Every day should be like this one.

Congrats Coffee!! Sounds like you will be busy...but you never know where it might lead once you are in downtown Dallas so often!!

I know I'm one to talk with as scarce as I've kept myself the last two weeks...but please try to check in every so often so we know how things are going...
