My friends, Sarah and Scott, lost their baby tonight. They had five weeks to go. They'd been trying for years. It's so sudden and sad and shitty.

If you pray, pray. If you don't and are looking for a reason to start, this would be it.

You know you and they have my prayers. It's terrible and you were such a good friend to be there to support them. I know that hopeless feeling when there is nothing you can say or do that fixes it or seems to help...but your presence during the terrible time is really all that is needed. Ya know, like this is tragic for you and I wish I could fix it, but since I can't I'll just be here feeling the heartbreak with you.
