Point the first - I love her for her love of the geek. She is the reason that I even know who Alton Brown is, and for that, I am eternally grateful (my family and friends, who love partaking of my newfound interest in cooking, thank you also). I also have her to thank for the lovely icon of him. :) She understands and encourages my adoration of Clay Aiken. And let's not forget our favorite geekdom moments from MR!
Point the second - She understands the importance of a good cup of coffee. She will send me coffee in the mail for no particular reason at all, and it's always excellent.
Point the third - I just like her. There are many people with whom I have lots of things in common, but significantly fewer with whom I just like to hang out. She's hilarious, kind, fun-loving, and an all-around great friend. I am blessed to know her.
