In other news - the first couple of days of the semester have gone well. No violent uprisings yet. No one has broken down into tears. And one of my students, when asked to name his favorite movie, said, "I don't watch movies much, but I'm addicted to the WB." Excellent.
First dry run of the trek from downtown Dallas to the northwest corner of Ft. Worth today. Pretty smooth, not a lot of traffic. It took me less than an hour, so I feel better. I hate feeling rushed, so I was worried. Now all I need is for there not to be traffic on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons all semester. *laughs hysterically*
