I'm very easily amused.
I may be coming down with a cough. Lots of people around me have been coughing lately. This is not good news. I don't want to have a cough.
I painted my toenails and am wearing summer shoes, though. That's exciting.
I am being subjected to opera. Right this very moment. I mean, it's on the headphones of a person at the desk, so it's not loud. But it's really annoying. I want to claw something. This is one of those times when cussing would come in handy. I'm just sayin'.
My sleep was weird today. I had odd dreams. I don't remember them, but I do remember that they starred random people who would never be together in real life. I don't think that they were scary, but they were disturbing enough to wake me up a lot.
Seriously...how can anyone just sit and listen to opera? If I'm there, watching it on stage, sure - good times. But to just sit and listen to it? It's a mystery to me. I suppose I could ask him to turn it off, but that would be too easy. And then what would I complain about?
I am drinking coffee that is not good. It's faux chocolatey. Why would you do that to coffee? *cries* I have to fix it. And escape the music. So that is all.

Date: 2009-02-26 11:57 pm (UTC)It's usually teenagers in the lobby who listen to head phones really loud. When I ask them to turn it down, I've noticed that there is a 50-50 chance the adult with them will physically whack them. Which makes me have to go in the hallway to snicker.
My mom trained me never to turn up my headphones. If she could hear it was too loud. Of course I used this to my advantage on long car rides to listen in on conversations that they thought I couldn't hear.
