I actually waited to watch my tape of Smallville until after Good Eats. I adore Shaft!Alton. And if I knew that making empanadas was that easy, I would have been doing it a long time ago.

When I told one of my students Tuesday that I love Smallville, he gave me a standing ovation. Last night, they earned it.
