I really do get out of the house sometimes

I am a big TV Nerd. Jeff and I bonded this morning because we are looking forward to this week so much. I am deliriously excited about this week. Oh, the premiere-y goodness. But I don't have to explain the excitement to any of you. I know you understand. Or at least tolerate.

Here's what the week will find me watching (or, recording, rather) -

Monday:

Chuck (NBC) - I'm not sure why. I'm drawn to it. Intrigued. It may not last - it takes a good (or at least very pretty) show to hold my attention. But I'll give it a shot.
Heroes (NBC) - !!! And I say again - !!! This is the show I am most excited about this season. *loves* It's been a long summer.


Tuesday:
Beauty and the Geek (CW) - The premiere was last week, and it was adorable. I think I'm going to like it this year.
House (Fox) - I was a little bitter that he's starting with a whole new team. Then it hit me - new team means lots of screen time for House. Happy.
Boston Legal (ABC) - I never manage to keep up with this show, even though I really like it. Maybe since I'm not teaching on Tuesday nights...

Wednesday:
Pushing Daisies (ABC) - Looks fun. We'll see.
Bionic Woman (NBC) - Way, way excited. I am afraid that I'm going to be disappointed because my excitement is too big. I hope not, though.

Thursday:
Smallville (CW) - *sigh* Ah, my big, dumb show. We meet again. It's a good thing you're pretty. I'm in for the long haul. I hope it's not painful.
The Office (NBC) - I caved. I have several face-to-face friends who are obsessed with this show. And I love Dwight. I will probably keep up with this one, since everyone I know who watches TV at all watches it. In fact, I may travel over to Mel's to watch the premiere.

Whew. Lots of TV. Yep. No way am I going to keep up with all of them. But it will be a fun start!

I didn't even try Flash Gordon. I was scared. I hope Bionic Woman is good. They've certainly built it up.

Yay! Heroes and SV!! Michelle and I squealed all the way through Heroes.

okay, i'm seriously asking - can you convince me to watch heroes? i never have... and i am thinking about starting tonight but am not sure that i will get it...

I cannot say enough good things about Heroes. I would definitely find someone with the first season DVD before trying this season. The episodes really build on one another. But it's worth it. It's probably my favorite show right now.
