Here it is. The most nervewracking day of the year. That fateful day when I discover if all my hard work has paid off in more than endurance.

The first day of summer that I wear a swimsuit in public.

Ok, so it's not really in public. It's at Julie's house. And there are only going to be women there.

But still. I feel squirrely.

On the up side, I get to see my sister. I haven't seen her in weeks. She talked to me for ten minutes last night on the phone about the process of packing boxes. I think she was just trying to keep me on the phone. It's nice to be missed.

But that's all for now. I think I may take a nap before going to swim. I feel quite sleepy.

Yeah, we're coming. We'll probably be in late Friday night because she can only get one day off work (and I'm not missing Sunday night dinner), but we'll be there. Can't wait!

Yeah. Considering this year I got a suit to make me tan nicely for the wedding I'll be in in August, I got a strapless one peice. And I bought it online so it's not all that flattering.

If you need a pick me up, just think of 5'5" me with all my 235 lbs crammed into a black strapless one piece with little pink polka dots. Yes, feel happy. *G*

While my body is badly outta shape with my thunder thighs and all....I'm most embarassed by how very everso white all my skin is....

My white skin is significantly less white now. I turned a little pink, but the rest is tan. And freckly. I forget how many freckles I have until I get out in the sun.
