So much TV...
Sep. 28th, 2005 04:55 am...so great the frustration when I forget to record it. But never fear - Sam is saving Gilmore Girls and House for me to watch Friday morning at her house. Yay for friends with TiVo!
I did, however, manage to catch most of( Boston Legal )
So much for depth. Speaking of non-depth, I just figured out who one of my students reminds me of - Jake on One Tree Hill. They could be twins. Same mannerisms and everything. Sure, my student has his eyebrow pierced (have I mentioned my unholy attraction to guys with facial piercings?), but they're so similar, I actually looked up the actor's name (you know, because actors often take hiatuses to enroll in public speaking classes at community colleges in Texas). So not the same person, but close enough. When it hit me, I stuttered something like, "uhyum *gurgle* hmm," and probably could have passed it off as just stumbling over words if I hadn't been staring straight at him and blushing when I did it. Oh well. No class is truly complete unless I mildly embarrass myself at least once.
