TV-related ramblings

Note to self...watch what you push when posting. Having to retype is a pain.
Parisism - "Four other people called and told you to bite me!" I am so using that. I don't know when, I don't know how, but it's too good not to use.
Kirkism - "Sweat is the curse of the beat boy." I laughed so hard that I had to rewind two minutes worth of tape, because I completely missed everything that was said after that.
You'll notice that there are no Lukisms this week. That's because Luke said nothing that was of interest to me. Putz.
Ohhh...Logan. *purrs* I have discovered the common thread that influences me to make someone my TV boyfriend (don't tell Lex I'm cheating) - access to and extravagant use of gobs and gobs of money. I am particularly inclined to favor those who use said gobs to help out friends. Maybe it's because I want to be able to do that myself.
It also helps if he has a gaze so intense that it would melt steel (without the aid of alien superpowers) and tends to stand unusually close to others without being creepy about it.
Poor Lorelei. I hate feeling sorry for her, because she's usually so self-sufficient that it messes up my TV universe to see her so undone. *smites Luke - not enough to cause actual harm - just enough to hurt a lot*
She said he could go...and he went?!? Putz.
Moving on...
I am all about any show where Scene One involved Chad Michael Murray in a towel.
It's nice to see Dan back to being someone whom I can physically loathe.
I love Karen's boy (apparently not enough to remember his name, however)! "I do tend to get what I want." Yeah...I bet you do... *flirts a little*
Yay! Peyton and Jake!

Pick five fandoms. List for each of them:
1. The first character you first fell in love with
2. The character you never expected to love as much as you do now
3. The character everyone else loves that you don't
4. The character you love that everyone else hates
5. The character you used to love but don't any longer
Here are my (i.e.,
rael_barclay's alterations (and adopted by me as well, because Smallville's the only fandom that I keep up with, and I barely keep up with it):
Pick six television shows you like and name:
1. The character you first fell in love with
2. The character you never expected to love as much as you do now
3. The character(s) you do not care for
4. The character(s) you love that is not (are not) as lovable as the rest or that you know others hate
5. The character you love the best now
A. Ally McBeal (I had to start with the first show that I remember being utterly obsessed with):
1. Richard Fish. I love Fishisms.
2. Ally. I thought she was just whiny when the show started, but I really loved her toward the end of the series.
3. Bland Billy. You know, before he got the brain tumor and Palmer girls. Or Nell. I never really liked Nell.
4. All the characters that I love were beloved in the fandom. I have to give Ling honorable mention. She cracked me up.
5. Again, hard to choose. There were so many characters throughout the show that were endearing. If I had to choose my favorite, all-time character of the show, though, I'd probably pick Larry, because I love Robert Downey, Jr. so very, very much.
B. Smallville:
1. I love Lex. He is my first love in Smallville. Shocker, I know.
2. I never expected to love Chloe as much as I do now. It took me all of Season 1 to warm up to her.
3. I do not care that much for Lana. I don't dislike her as much as I used to, though. I am just indifferent to her drama. In the grand scheme of things, she's a minor character that should have been killed off a long time ago, but Al/Miles have a little crush, so she remains.
4. I don't mind Jonathan. Yes, he can be a prick, but I grew up in West Texas, so he kinda reminds me of home.
5. Lex.
C. Gilmore Girls:
1. Lorelei. She was the reason that I got into the show.
2. Kirk. He's so weird. But come on - "My girlfriend's the whore!!" and "Sweat is the curse of the beat boy." You have to admit - that's just good TV.
3. Jess. Blech. Never liked him. I warmed to him briefly, but then he acted like himself again and he lost me.
4. I love Emily Gilmore. Sure, sure - she's a little evil. But I still like her.
5. Heh. LOGAN. I want to love him and pet him and...
D. One Tree Hill:
1. Peyton
2. Brooke. I'm coming around.
3. Dan. I just don't see what the other half of my brain sees in him.
4. ??
5. Jake. I adore Jake. Although I want to get my hands on his hair - that mess has to be fixed. It would be easier to care for if it was shaven...
I can't think of a fifth that I watch enough to adequately answer these questions. I guess I could talk about Jack and Bobby or Boston Legal, but they haven't been on enough to do them justice.
